Become a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in just 10 weeks (20 weeks without a Green Belt to start) by spending one day every other week in class and completing one day of homework per session.
Homework includes completing a lean project for your company during the training. Learn why all of the good companies are moving toward Six Sigma initiatives. Please note that the cost saving associated with the completion of your Six Sigma project has in the past always covered the cost of this program.

- Measure and analyze—MSA, FMEA, quality tools, multi-vari studies, correlations, hypothesis testing and non-normal distributions

- Control methodologies—Management, training, documentation, auditing and monitoring, mistake/error proofing, advanced SPC and other controls
